Be The Change You Want To See In The World
In our hustle bustle society, even little things can make a huge difference. Simple gestures such as a kind smile, holding a door, waving someone through in traffic, or volunteering with a passionate cause can lift anyone’s day.
It’s old news that our moods affect others; the difference is making the active choice to feel good, and share that feeling with others; even strangers. Feeling honest and truly good inside with love, gratitude, peace and appreciation of beauty are a few examples of higher vibration positive energies that resonate from us to those around us, and back to us in abundance.
Mothers teach golden rules; treat others as you would like to be treated, you get more with honey than with vinegar, and if you have nothing nice to say then don’t say anything at all. Even, faith (not fake!) it ‘til you make it! This moral wisdom makes sense, however, we often forget and take our negative perspective out on others or act falsely, compounding stress and dis-ease in the world.
