Skeletons in your Closet

“The only thing we have to fear is fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.” ~Franklin D. Roosevelt

Halloween season often sparks the imagination. As much as we humans have the incredible capacity to love, we are plagued by fear. It lurks in the deepest darkest crevices of our being, causing us to doubt and shrink; skeletons in our metaphorical closets.

Consider fear as an acronym: False Evidence Appearing Real. As we explore and clean out our closets, we discover what we are made of; what suits us we keep, what no longer serves us we may cast away. We possess the power of choice to change our minds. We have freedom to question why we fear the very thing which may help us learn, grow, change, and then follow through the illusion. Would you agree it’s easier said than done?

Change can be scary. Memories of trauma, loss, heartache and rejection, even fears of success hold us back. Dynamic Balance Holistic Healing utilises energetic modalities which help address and shift patterns which no longer serve us to uncover peace often in one session. Leading a horse to water can’t make it drink; your potential is unlimited yet personal evolution of true Self is challenging in the face of fear. Do you feel a sense of accomplishment when you overcome an obstacle and clean out your space?

“Our false self is made up of beliefs, expectations, interpretations, memories and fears. Our true Self is rooted in love, awareness and creativity.” ~Deepak Chopra inspired by Rumi
